Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executive strategic and operational agendas. The position involves a blend of analytical duties, project leadership, and interdepartmental coordination to drive key initiatives for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a principal executive advisor on both strategy and operations, supporting leadership in priority areas.
- Create and refine presentations, methodologies, and strategic artifacts, especially focusing on KPI scorecards and initiative planning frameworks.
- Assess organizational performance by analyzing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Independently manage complex strategic initiatives, identify risks proactively, and escalate issues as needed.
- Represent the firm in operational review meetings with portfolio managers and various key stakeholders.
- Track progress toward strategic goals and compile comprehensive executive reports highlighting milestones and overall performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience of 4 to 5 years in a relevant professional setting, with at least 4 years within management consulting.
- Hands-on background in areas such as Strategy Management Office (SMO), Project Management Office (PMO), or similar strategic roles.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and efficiently in a cross-functional environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- Direct exposure to the public sector and involvement in national transformation projects is highly advantageous.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a closely related field is required.
- MBA preferred.
Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Lean Six Sigma
Skills and Language Proficiency
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously while ensuring high standards of output.
