• Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with demonstrated experience managing high-stakes initiatives and influencing strategic outcomes.
• Holds domain expertise in Banking or Insurance and exemplifies the ability to convert strategic aspirations into concrete business results.
• Exhibits strong analytical thinking, commercial insight, and communication skills; a Master's degree is mandatory along with fluency in both English and German.
