About the Role
Join the Workforce Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM) in the Life Sciences sector. This role is based in Germany or Switzerland, offering remote work options. You will work within large-scale transformation programs, proactively managing change and digital adoption to meet targeted outcomes. Engage in key areas such as communication, organizational design, leadership engagement, and learning. You will also build stakeholder relationships, contribute to business development, and potentially lead major workstreams or projects, interacting with senior client leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive transformation and change adoption for large-scale programs.
- Define and oversee change adoption criteria to ensure objectives are met.
- Serve as a central contact for communication, design, leadership, learning, and change impact activities.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal contributions.
- Manage workstreams, regional deployments, or complete projects within large transformational teams.
Requirements
- Proven consulting experience in managing organizational change within the Life Sciences sector, particularly in IT-enabled business transformations.
- Preferably experienced with S/4 HANA, Salesforce, or Veeva CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and deliverables.
- Excellent empathy and interpersonal skills with expert-level English fluency (C2) and German language proficiency.
- Well-rounded business capabilities including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Skilled in gathering, validating, documenting, and communicating information across diverse audiences.
- Experience in areas such as communication management, business readiness, organizational design, benefits realization, and training/development.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, client service, and networking abilities.
- Capability to contribute to proposals and client presentations and to lead workshops.
- Comfortable working in different client settings: onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.
- Management-level experience, ideally within the private sector, and readiness to travel to clients in the UK and Europe.
