Job description
Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Compliance will take ownership of the organization’s compliance function, building and sustaining a strong framework that supports lawful, ethical, and policy-aligned operations. This position provides leadership on compliance risk, reinforces a culture of integrity, and works closely with business teams to improve regulatory adherence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, roll out, and continuously refine the organization’s compliance framework.
- Ensure ongoing adherence to applicable laws, regulations, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
- Spot, evaluate, and track compliance risks, then create practical mitigation plans.
- Draft, update, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Carry out compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and internal assessments across business areas.
- Guide management on regulatory duties and new or changing compliance requirements.
- Organize and support regulatory inspections, audits, and responses to authority inquiries.
- Look into compliance violations and recommend corrective as well as preventive measures.
- Run compliance awareness initiatives and training programs to support an ethical workplace culture.
- Track legislative and regulatory updates and evaluate their impact on the organization.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for senior leadership and governance committees.
- Work with Internal Audit, Legal, Risk Management, HR, and operating teams to improve governance and internal controls.
- Oversee compliance related to third-party, vendor, and contractual commitments where relevant.
- Lead team performance management, development planning, and resource allocation for the Compliance team.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a closely related discipline is required. The role calls for 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in Compliance, Risk Management, and Governance.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, onsite role.
