Senior Compliance Manager

Overview

Join a leading and highly regulated financial services firm as a Senior Compliance Manager, also known as Head of Compliance, in their growing compliance department. The role is based in London with a hybrid work model requiring approximately 10 days per month onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert interpretation and guidance on FCA regulations and new regulatory developments.
• Support and improve compliance frameworks, including policies and internal controls.
• Perform compliance monitoring, risk evaluations, and regulatory audits.
• Contribute compliance insights into strategic projects and change management efforts.
• Critically evaluate and influence business decisions to uphold effective risk management practices.
• Deliver clear and informative compliance reporting for senior management review.

Qualifications and Experience

• Deep understanding of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in compliance advisory roles within financial services.
• Expertise in compliance monitoring, risk assessment, or managing regulatory changes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including effective influencing and challenging techniques.
