Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Client Success Manager to lead client engagement and manage their transition to our updated ESG+2.1 assessment. This role involves managing a portfolio of leading luxury brand accounts throughout their Butterfly Mark certification and advisory journey, ensuring a seamless and impactful client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of key luxury brand accounts, guiding them through certification and consultancy services.
- Lead and mentor a team of two Client Success Officers, establishing processes and maintaining high standards in service delivery.
- Drive client retention, renewals, and portfolio growth through strategic relationship management.
- Assist clients in transforming sustainability performance into authentic and persuasive communications.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong account management and sustainability expertise, eager to take on leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is commercially astute, highly organized, and knowledgeable about ESG frameworks with a passion for the luxury sector. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
