Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and Skills

Profound understanding of civil engineering methodologies, principles, and departmental policies.
Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Infrastructure Information Modelling (IIM).
Competence in pre-contract activities related to construction projects.
Proficient computer skills to support engineering tasks.

Abilities and Language Proficiency

Capable of producing detailed and complex reports.
Able to collaborate effectively across various teams within the department, consultancy, and client organizations.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication.
