Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to join our team in Riyadh Region. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a master’s degree considered a plus, and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Apply in-depth knowledge of architectural principles, methodologies, and best practices to design and implement projects effectively.
Demonstrate strong design capabilities and precise drawing skills, reflecting architectural creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
Understand and integrate the relationship between people, the built environment, and the broader context in designs.
Possess a thorough understanding of construction processes and standards.
Write detailed reports, varying from moderate to complex in nature.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Technical and Language Competencies

Proficient computer skills including computer-aided design (CAD).
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and IIM (Infrastructure Information Modelling) technologies.
Knowledge of pre-contract processes, commercial and business aspects relevant to architectural practice.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
