  • Analyze portfolio performance to identify root causes, quantify growth potential, prioritize investments, and craft integrated strategies.
  • Champion cross-functional projects by influencing various teams across Product, Marketing, Content, Data, Finance, and Partners to align with business goals.
  • Create and manage experiments, operating procedures, and performance analyses that fast-track learning and better decisions.
  • Rank growth opportunities based on impact, effort, timing, confidence, and strategic alignment to optimize portfolio results.
  • Oversee the portfolio balancing immediate revenue and long-term category growth along with learner satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics or related fields, with over 7 years’ experience in strategy, growth, category management, product strategy, consulting, or relevant roles.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional projects involving Product, Marketing, Content, Analytics or Commercial teams that drove measurable improvements.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills to identify opportunities, formulate recommendations, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing complex, ambiguous initiatives from concept through implementation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to present data-driven recommendations and influence senior leaders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in managing category, portfolio, marketplace, subscription, or consumer growth strategies.
  • Experience designing operating frameworks, business reviews, or decision-making models at scale.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, evolving business environments.
  • Expertise in driving experiments and applying learnings into repeatable practices.
  • Experience in consumer technology, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscription services, digital media, or education technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with SQL or collaborating with analytics teams to analyze large data sets independently.
  • MBA or equivalent experience solving complex multi-functional business challenges.
