Role summary
Foxit is looking for a seasoned business systems professional to work closely with multiple teams on business applications, operational processes, integrations, and improvement efforts. This role is a central link between business partners, technical groups, and data teams, ensuring needs are converted into dependable, scalable, and efficient systems and workflows. The main emphasis is systems analysis, but the role also involves practical application administration and day-to-day operational support. A strong interest in AI-driven improvement and automation is important.
What you'll do
- Work with business and technology partners to support and improve enterprise applications and operational workflows.
- Collect business needs, document them clearly, and turn them into functional specifications, technical requirements, process flows, and delivery plans.
- Review current processes and suggest changes that make them more scalable, efficient, reliable, and easier to use.
- Support application integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and cross-system dependencies.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Work with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on reporting needs, data integrity, system dependencies, and downstream analytics support.
- Plan and carry out user acceptance testing, regression testing, release checks, and stabilization after deployment.
- Develop and keep up to date process documentation, system user guides, operating procedures, and support runbooks.
- Look for opportunities to use AI-assisted workflows, automation, and standardized processes.
- Provide ongoing application administration, user support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance when required.
Required experience and qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise application support, systems administration, or process improvement.
- Background supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments.
- Experience gathering requirements and converting business goals into clear functional and technical documentation.
- Practical experience with testing, release validation, issue handling, and post-launch support.
- Strong analytical ability, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willing to take ownership of application administration and operational support tasks.
- Genuine interest in using AI and automation to improve systems and processes.
- Preferred exposure to CRM, ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, document workflow, or data and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, DealHub, NetSuite, or Databricks is an advantage.
- Experience with iPaaS tools or other integration middleware is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise tools, copilots, intelligent automation, or generative AI workflows is a plus.
- Experience in a global software, SaaS, or technology company is preferred.
