- Create a unified portfolio positioning strategy, examining customer decision processes to discover opportunities that enhance conversion and broaden market reach.
- Collaborate with global marketing, sales leadership, and intelligence teams to define priority accounts and grow market segments.
- Lead initiatives to fortify partnerships in Indirect Growth markets while integrating with the broader International marketing organization.
- Hold dedicated ownership for the ASEAN market, tailoring marketing plans to local clinical pathways, reimbursement environments, and customer requirements.
- Organize and execute market development efforts like workshops, demos, webinars, and clinical events to boost clinical adoption.
- Establish reference sites, customer testimonials, and clinical evidence, partnering with key opinion leaders and professional bodies to enhance brand positioning.
- Oversee smooth launches of new products, coordinating across all marketing and sales units to meet timelines effectively.
- Synchronize marketing cadence and product introduction processes to maximize launch impact across regions.
- Manage product lifecycle activities including end-of-life strategies, inventory management, and stakeholder communication to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Analyze market pricing, competitor actions, and consumer behavior to optimize pricing and promotional strategies that increase profitability and market share.
- Provide strategic inputs for annual marketing plans through competitive analysis and develop tailored value propositions addressing customers’ challenges.
- Continuously monitor category analytics and consumer insights to identify and act on performance gaps.
- Design and deploy omni-channel marketing campaigns incorporating digital, events, and field efforts to maximize portfolio reach.
- Implement and refine global marketing content aligned with local customer decision journeys.
- Lead cross-functional teams for product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategies and target customer profiles.
- Operate with minimal supervision as the key marketing liaison for assigned portfolio areas and territories.
- Formulate mid-term marketing strategies by identifying early market challenges and opportunities, guiding business objectives accordingly.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related discipline.
- Over five years of experience in downstream marketing, ideally within healthcare, medical technology, or similar sectors.
- Proven capability managing diverse product and solutions portfolios rather than single-category products.
- Demonstrated success leading geography-specific marketing initiatives through the entire strategy-to-execution cycle.
- Strong execution skills with agility to adapt international strategies for localized impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of image-guided therapy, interventional systems, or healthcare technologies is advantageous.
- Willing to travel approximately 30 to 40 percent of working time.
