Position Overview
This hybrid role requires presence in our downtown Toronto or client offices at least two days weekly, subject to change. We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Business Transformation & Process Improvement Lead to spearhead organizational change, operational excellence, and process optimization initiatives. Partnering across the organization, you will identify areas for improvement, develop scalable solutions, and manage transformation projects to enhance efficiency and business results.
Responsibilities
- Drive business transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Analyze existing business processes to uncover inefficiencies, risks, and gaps, proposing effective and scalable solutions.
- Lead comprehensive process improvement projects including mapping, root cause analysis, KPI creation, and performance tracking.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagements to define requirements and design future state processes.
- Design and implement change management tactics supporting stakeholder involvement, adoption, and successful initiative delivery.
- Collaborate with business teams and leadership to evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Offer strategic consulting and business analysis to support informed decisions and sustainable outcomes.
- Monitor and report project progress, benefit realization, and areas for ongoing improvement.
- Encourage a culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and continuous enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business transformation, process improvement, management consulting, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and process optimization projects.
- Expertise in process mapping, re-engineering, root cause analysis, and performance enhancement methods.
- Experience managing change initiatives and driving adoption among diverse stakeholders in complex settings.
- Skilled facilitator capable of influencing senior leadership and varied stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience establishing, implementing, and tracking KPIs and operational metrics.
Additional Information
CGI estimates the salary range for this role between $95,000 and $145,000 annually, depending on skill level, location, experience, certifications, and other considerations.
