Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and commercially focused professional to collaborate closely with the Community Financial Services (CFS) Business and Technology teams to steer strategic wealth initiatives, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide change programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to gain insight into strategic objectives, challenges, and transformation opportunities and convert these into actionable and lasting solutions.
- Lead strategic discussions to define business requirements, operating models, and scope of solutions collaboratively.
- Analyze business needs and propose solutions that help attain the targeted business goals.
- Direct high-level solution conversations including process design, system integration, technical interfaces, and impacts across multiple platforms.
- Manage and support end-to-end solution delivery from design through development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
- Act as the central point of contact between Business and Technology teams to maintain alignment throughout the project life cycle from demand intake to implementation.
- Identify and recommend improvements for customer experiences, process efficiencies, and operational workflows.
- Contribute to strategic transformation efforts that enhance the Bank's digital capabilities and wealth management services.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management are highly desirable.
- Have a minimum of 12 years in business analysis, technology consulting, delivery, business partnering, or consulting within the banking or financial services sector.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of banking products, customer journeys, digital platforms, and enterprise systems, preferably with experience in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Community Financial Services.
- Show proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology divisions.
- Skilled in leading strategic discussions, refining business requirements, and converting business demands into viable technology programs.
- Experience in management, technology consulting, or transformation advisory roles involving business change, operating model development, and process enhancement is an advantage.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, capable of managing uncertainty and driving towards concrete decisions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at juggling multiple initiatives in demanding environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and business audiences.
- Team-oriented, customer-centric with a business-minded approach, coupled with enthusiasm for transformation, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
