Overview
A premier financial services company is in search of a Senior Business Analyst Project Lead to spearhead intricate business and HR transformation projects. This position demands a skillful mix of project leadership and business analytical expertise to manage strategic initiatives involving various stakeholders and departments.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Lead large-scale business change, transformation, and technology projects primarily focused on HRMS/HRIS systems, necessitating at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Manage complex programmes that include coordination with multiple stakeholders, diverse workstreams, and third-party vendors.
- Conduct detailed business analysis through requirements collection, process flow mapping, documentation, and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Oversee project risk management, dependency tracking, governance frameworks, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate within methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder engagement capabilities that encourage collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Support testing procedures and ensure the smooth deployment of solutions.
- Communicate clearly with excellent presentation and facilitation skills while prioritizing tasks effectively under dynamic conditions.
Mandatory Skills and Industry Knowledge
- Proven track record in HR transformation, business process improvements, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Experience in finance or other strictly regulated sectors is essential.
- Competency in business process optimization and operational transformation programmes.
- Understanding of reporting mechanisms, data analytics, and management information systems.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise software deployments and external technology partners.
- Expertise in change management and preparing organizations for transition.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent are considered advantageous.
