This role collaborates with teams across Strategy, Client Services, Project Management, IT, QA, Analytics, Media, and CRM to develop practical omnichannel campaign and digital program solutions. Success will be judged on requirement quality, solution clarity, and dependable project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with technology, QA, analytics, media, and project management personnel to ensure requirements align with test planning, data tracking, KPIs, and timeline management.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to gather business needs, project scope, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Support solution design by documenting workflows, campaign journeys, data necessities, platform considerations, and operational impacts for marketing technology projects.
- Draft functional and non-functional requirements addressing aspects such as data handling, reporting, consent, suppression, privacy, compliance, timing, and operations.
- Maintain traceability matrices linking requirements, solution documents, test plans, campaign materials, stakeholder feedback, and final deliverables.
- Review requirements with clients and teams to clarify understanding, resolve gaps, and facilitate approval processes.
- Assist delivery teams by clarifying requirements, assessing changes, documenting updates, and enabling informed decision-making amid trade-offs.
- Build deep expertise in client-specific ecosystems covering data sources, campaign operations, platform workflows, business rules, and omnichannel requirements.
- Leverage AI-supported tools responsibly to enhance documentation quality, analysis, summarization, workflow productivity, and team collaboration while adhering to privacy and quality standards.
Candidate Qualifications
Essential:
- Between 5 to 7 or more years of experience in business analysis roles supporting digital marketing, CRM, direct marketing, or omnichannel initiatives.
- Proven ability to execute discovery and requirements gathering alongside clients and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in translating business goals and stakeholder inputs into clear, structured business requirements including workflows and development-ready documents.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication capabilities to bridge business and technology groups and articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, system integrations, APIs, connectors, data flow analysis, and data governance.
- Adept at managing shifting priorities, timelines, open issues, and dependencies while maintaining accurate, current documentation and focus on delivery.
- Comfortable adopting AI tools to improve documentation and analysis while ensuring review, privacy, and quality compliance.
Preferred:
- Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or heavily regulated industries.
- Exposure to enterprise-grade CRM and engagement platforms such as Salesforce (Data Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Veeva CRM, Adobe Experience Platform, or equivalents.
- Knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Amazon Redshift, Databricks.
- Understanding of reporting tools including PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Ability in relational databases, data structures, and basic SQL querying.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing or healthcare—such as next-best-action, personalization, predictive analytics, generative AI, content modularization, or automated insights.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to enhance documentation, delivery, and development workflows.
