Job Overview
Our client, a prominent government agency undergoing a comprehensive ten-year transformation initiative, seeks experienced Senior Business Analysts specialized in data-related disciplines. This transformation encompasses extensive work on data management and governance to ensure organizational excellence.
Key Roles
- Senior Business Analyst - Data Quality: Responsible for both operational and technical aspects of managing data quality. Tasks include eliciting business requirements, defining data quality rules, developing data dictionaries, creating profiling datasets in Snowflake using SQL, and configuring rules directly in tools such as Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
- Senior Business Analyst (Transformation Bridge): Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across areas including Data Quality, Data Mastery, and Master Data Management (MDM). Key responsibilities include workshop facilitation, user and business requirements definition, data concept mapping, impact assessment, and ensuring testability throughout project life cycles.
- Senior Business Process Analyst: Focused on modeling and documenting current and future state processes and data flows to support MDM and data quality framework implementation. Uses BPMN for workflow design, gap analysis, and structuring process rules to enable system configuration and automation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience working on data-centric projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
