Senior Business Analyst - Business Analysis

Role Overview

Happiest Minds Technologies is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for an onsite role in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on analyzing business needs, translating them into clear documentation, supporting solution design, and helping ensure delivery quality across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the product backlog up to date and manage business requirements throughout the project.
• Prepare functional specifications and wireframes in Figma, while also maintaining the requirements traceability matrix and handling change requests.
• Develop BRDs and FRDs, and contribute to business architecture by defining scope, processes, alternatives, and associated risks.
• Carry out testing at multiple levels, including functional testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing, to confirm client requirements are satisfied.
• Support quality control by reviewing functional test cases and automating sanity test cases in JIRA.
• Participate in data warehousing implementation initiatives and in projects related to financial regulatory reporting through STP (Straight Through Processing).
• Create data flow diagrams for complex business requirements using Visio and Confluence.
