Overview
PepsiCo Western Europe brings together a large regional team of more than 2,000 people working across 11 countries to create products enjoyed by consumers every day. With a history of over 70 years in the region, the business operates from seven major sites, including four headquarters and four production facilities, and manages a portfolio of 16 brands spanning international names such as Pepsi and Lay’s as well as local favourites like Duyvis and Schwip Schwap. The organisation places strong emphasis on sustainability, innovation, and positive community impact, and is looking for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in that environment.
Role summary
This position is focused on driving the growth of a key snacks portfolio, with particular responsibility for Doritos and one other snacks brand, across DACH and the Nordics. The role combines strategic brand ownership with hands-on execution, turning consumer and category insights into clear plans and strong results. The successful candidate will help deliver annual operating plan outcomes through integrated 360-degree brand experiences and will work within a team culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned snacks brand targets and deliver planned outcomes for share, penetration, revenue, volume, and profit, including full accountability for one core brand.
- Build and implement medium- and long-term growth plans in partnership with regional, category, and anchor market stakeholders.
- Lead the development of consumer and category insights and convert them into priorities, growth opportunities, and key business actions.
- Create annual brand plans and full-funnel campaigns that support durable growth.
- Improve portfolio performance by managing hero SKUs, renovation work, and new product development in line with consumer expectations and profitability objectives.
- Drive locally relevant communication and activation to strengthen return on investment, demand creation, and media performance.
- Oversee the marketing budget and agency relationships while ensuring strong execution across ICP, AOP, iS&OP, and Stage Gate processes.
- Work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, RGM, Category, and Leadership, while mentoring junior colleagues and helping shape a high-performance, consumer-focused culture.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 8 years of experience in FMCG marketing and/or sales, supported by a university degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong ability to understand consumers, develop concepts, and manage marketing work from strategy through to execution.
- Demonstrated experience in 360-degree brand management across equity building, activation, innovation, and both traditional and digital media.
- Good commercial understanding, including knowledge of P&L management and net revenue management.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to handle several priorities and maintain perspective in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative and persuasive leadership style, combined with sound creative judgment, resilience, and a growth-oriented approach.
