Role Overview

We are growing our marketing team and seeking an experienced Senior Brand Designer to lead the enforcement and application of our brand standards across all marketing touchpoints. This full-time, onsite position works closely with the Marketing Manager to shape and maintain visual identity, tone, messaging, and content quality for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce comprehensive guidelines for tone, voice, visual identity, and messaging across marketing collateral.
• Create and maintain branded templates for social media posts, blog images, email campaigns, flyers, postcards, signage, and merchandise.
• Oversee quality assurance to guarantee all public marketing materials adhere to brand standards.
• Offer guidance and direction on brand usage and templates for daily marketing execution.
• Design advertising assets for digital and print media aligned with campaign goals.
• Review and approve website updates ensuring brand consistency prior to publishing.
• Develop platform-specific branding standards tailored for social media marketing.
• Keep organized management systems for brand assets including templates, photos, and videos.
• Manage production of marketing materials encompassing print coordination, vendor relations, merchandise creation, and signage deployment.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager on brand governance, set marketing priorities, and incorporate analytics insights.
• Suggest enhancements to brand guidelines based on performance metrics, usability feedback, and organizational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communications.
• Experience managing photoshoots and partnering with creative vendors.
• Proficient with Canva Pro, Google Slides, and digital asset repositories like Dropbox and Google Drive.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Background in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent, with basic skills in motion graphics (After Effects or Canva animations).
• Marketing experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous.

Additional Skills and Competencies

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Ability to independently manage creative projects with strong foundation in design principles such as layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Expertise in brand management and maintaining visual consistency across all materials.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare marketing compliance.
• Skilled in preparing files for both digital and print production.
• Awareness of best practices in digital marketing including social media, email marketing, and web design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all organizational levels, especially non-design stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor and polished presence maintained at all times.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the metropolitan area during business hours.
