Role Summary
This position entails multiple recruitment-focused roles within the US IT staffing domain, including Bench Sales Recruiter (2-3 years experience), Senior Bench Sales Recruiter (5-8 years), US IT Recruiter (1-3 years), and Senior US IT Recruiter (4-5 years). The roles are full-time and onsite in Hyderabad, working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST at the Manjeera Trinity Corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Market consultants holding H1B, OPT, green cards, and US citizenship to clients and vendors, including profile submission for appropriate job openings.
- Facilitate interview coordination and maintain ongoing client follow-ups.
- Negotiate compensation rates and finalize candidate placements.
- Maintain robust vendor relationships and update consultant availability lists.
- Lead bench sales initiatives, mentor recruiting teams, and cultivate direct client and vendor partnerships.
- Generate business leads, handle H1B transfers, and implement marketing strategies.
- Source IT candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, evaluate technical and communication skills, and manage comprehensive recruitment processes.
- Mentor junior recruiters, build strong candidate pipelines, ensure quality hires, and consistently accomplish hiring objectives.
