Position Overview

We seek an accomplished HR Director to spearhead the human resources strategy for Beohemija and Kaumy SEE. This strategic leadership role directly influences business outcomes, organizational growth, and sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and group priorities.
• Advise senior management on personnel, leadership, and organizational issues as a trusted partner.
• Lead initiatives for organizational development, transformation, and integration to support growth.
• Drive HR projects aimed at improving organizational capability and effectiveness.
• Utilize workforce analytics and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and succession development.
• Develop talent pools and career progression programs for essential roles.
• Manage performance assessments and foster leadership development.
• Identify key talent and manage retention strategies to mitigate risks.
• Administer compensation, bonus schemes, and benefits consistent with market and group policies.
• Ensure payroll and employee remuneration processes are accurate and compliant.
• Track HR metrics and workforce trends to inform management decisions.
• Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Lead employee engagement and employer branding activities.
• Support organizational change efforts and conflict resolution concerning employee relations.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and governance standards.
• Monitor and implement legislative updates affecting HR policies and procedures.
• Support auditing, certification, and compliance with ESG, ISO, and SMETA standards.
• Collaborate with legal advisors and relevant agencies on employment matters.
• Safeguard confidentiality and data protection concerning employee information.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, setting goals, priorities, and performance targets.
• Manage HR budget efficiently and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years in HR leadership roles with managerial responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and contemporary HR methodologies.
• Proven expertise in organizational development, change management, and HR transformation.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-site business environments is highly valued.
• Ability to function as a strategic business partner with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical aptitude to convert HR analytics into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ethical standards, professionalism, and accountability.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
