What You’ll Do
- Architect and develop AI agent application systems that create intelligent user experiences.
- Build and improve retrieval layers that are tightly connected with agent reasoning and task flows.
- Partner with product and cross-functional teams to deliver complete AI application capabilities from start to finish.
- Keep refining agent performance to enhance reliability, flexibility, and overall quality.
- Investigate and prototype new AI approaches that expand what the product can do.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, preferably across AI, backend engineering, or closely related areas.
- Solid programming fundamentals in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLM-powered applications and embedding model-based workflows into products.
- Proven ability to design, build, and support large-scale production systems.
