Job description

Role overview

The Knowledge Experience team is focused on improving how the organization works, collaborates, and learns. The group partners with teams across the business to identify knowledge needs, trial practical solutions, and encourage adoption of ways of working that make information easier to use. By doing this, the team helps strengthen organizational capability and keeps critical knowledge available for both everyday execution and larger strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and refine a knowledge structure that supports strategic programs, innovation efforts, and collaboration across functions.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to capture important decisions, underlying reasoning, and key insights, then organize this information so it can be understood and used across the enterprise.
  • Test AI-powered tools and new technologies that improve how teams search for, access, and apply organizational knowledge.
  • Use design-thinking methods to uncover knowledge gaps and friction points, then run workshops and co-develop solutions with teams from different parts of the organization.
  • Increase adoption of knowledge practices and tools through training, enablement, and change management, while helping build the organization’s ability to create and maintain high-quality knowledge.
  • Lead content strategy for system migration projects, including content rationalization, cleanup, and information architecture planning, while coordinating with IT on technical implementation.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, or a similar discipline, preferably in product-led or technology-oriented environments.
  • Good grasp of knowledge management principles and the design of information systems that help people locate what they need and complete work efficiently; familiarity with platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and bridge technical and business discussions.
  • A proactive, experimental mindset with comfort in ambiguity, willingness to try new approaches, and ability to learn from setbacks while working across varied teams and content formats.
