Role Overview

This role is for a Senior Associate Vice President (SAVP) - Data, responsible for leading strategic initiatives across data and operations. The position calls for someone who can connect product thinking with data-led decision-making, build actionable insights from user and market signals, and create scalable operational systems.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of selected product lines or strategic modules and guide their growth.
• Convert customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into practical product plans.
• Work with product managers to shape the product direction, define success measures, and prioritize enhancements.
• Monitor product usage, adoption patterns, user actions, and core performance metrics.
• Lead data-focused initiatives covering datasets, quality improvement, structuring, and delivery.
• Create approaches for data enrichment, classification, and automation.
• Develop dashboards and analytical models that support product and business decisions.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, freshness, and reliability across data pipelines and outputs.
• Design operating frameworks that improve efficiency, scale, and delivery consistency.
• Introduce automation, workflow tools, and control mechanisms to strengthen product and data operations.
• Continuously improve processes across data workflows, product operations, and cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Ensure alignment on priorities related to product strategy, data programs, and execution plans.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 9 to 13 years of experience in product strategy, data platforms, analytics, or product/data operations, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to grow product lines, data ecosystems, or information-rich platforms with ownership of roadmaps and KPI-based execution.
• Strong capability in using data to guide product decisions.
• Solid understanding of data workflows, data quality, and automation within data operations.
• Practical experience working with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to turn business needs into product specifications and data requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business and product recommendations.
