Responsibilities
- Lead staffing initiatives for assigned region/service lines, collaborating with service delivery managers to execute resource management processes.
- Track and analyze demand pipelines, including new projects, pursuits, and staffing needs.
- Evaluate and recommend fulfillment options from internal capacity and bench resources, as well as monitor external hiring efforts.
- Assign projects to appropriately skilled staff members based on required expertise.
- Maintain compliance with workforce management rules, deployment policies, talent guidelines, and regulations.
- Implement 30-, 60-, and 90-day staffing plans to minimize gaps in fulfilling demands.
- Work closely with project managers to accurately capture demand projections and identify actionable staffing requirements.
- Manage employee schedules using scheduling tools, promptly addressing conflicts and optimizing resource utilization.
- Strive to reduce bench time by proactive deployment and meeting key performance indicators such as utilization rates, time to fulfill demand, and bench aging.
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and technical support to associates and senior associates within the team.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and prepare reports on business and operational metrics.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in workforce management, with strong knowledge of technology skills and operational/financial aspects of service delivery. The candidate should possess excellent analytical abilities to synthesize staffing demands, validate skills profiles, and coordinate staffing solutions effectively.
Essential qualifications include:
- In-depth expertise in resource management, demand planning, and management information systems.
- Proven track record of timely execution and delivering quality workforce services.
- A solution-driven attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management and analytical capabilities.
Additional preferred qualifications:
- At least one year of experience managing or supervising people.
- Strong abilities in stakeholder management.
