This role is focused on formulating and implementing sales strategies within a designated area (city or branch) in coordination with the Regional Sales Head. The goal is to meet set sales objectives through effective team management while adhering strictly to prescribed sales protocols. Cooperation with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams is essential to maintain portfolio health and business profitability by addressing challenges such as underperformance and optimizing channels. The incumbent also handles exceptional cases, mentors team members on complex issues, and promotes cross-selling of products from Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL) and Aditya Birla Financial Service Group (ABFSG).

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional leadership to devise and cascade branch sales plans aimed at target achievement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and environmental factors relevant to sales strategies.
- Supervise branch operations encompassing sourcing, governance, channel management, and productivity.
- Provide periodic performance reports covering disbursements, profitability, and portfolio health to regional heads and team.
- Identify and seize local business opportunities to drive growth and customer acquisition.
- Support team members in managing complex transactions ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate targets and clarify expectations to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Manage customer complaints and escalations to ensure prompt resolution.
- Promote operational efficiencies across customer lifecycle stages and maintain effective stakeholder coordination.
- Foster a high-performance culture focusing on sustained growth and profitable sales.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree with 6-8 years of overall sales experience in Banking or NBFC sectors.
- At least 3-4 years of recent experience specifically in Housing Finance Company (HFC) sales.
- Strong commercial insight and business acumen.
- Proven team management and communication capabilities.
- Expertise in product-market dynamics and operational integration.
