About the Role

Join PwC New Zealand’s Internal Firm Services as a Senior Analyst within the Project Delivery team. You will play a key role in deploying and enhancing technology, processes, and methodologies that drive transformation firm-wide. This position reports to the Senior Associate management level and is based in Auckland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and documenting technology and process change initiatives.
  • Conduct business process, system, and data impact analysis to design feasible solutions.
  • Perform testing of new processes and technology before their rollout to users.
  • Develop demonstrations, instructional materials, and user guides to facilitate technology adoption.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, change managers, data experts, business teams, and end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of technology’s role in improving business outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields, or comparable practical experience.
  • Desirable qualifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change Management methodologies.
  • Skilled at translating business requirements into practical technology-enabled solutions.
  • Excellent analytical ability and adeptness at operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with experience in managing documentation, testing, feedback gathering, and project delivery.
  • A collaborative approach working across product, engineering, data, artificial intelligence, business, and end-user teams.
  • Experience in professional services, client-facing roles, or technology transformation projects is advantageous.
  • Proactive and curious mindset with enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and driving continuous improvement.
