About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join Global Revenue Operations within a dynamic international company based in the United States. This fully remote position involves leveraging advanced analytical skills and forecasting methods to enhance inventory efficiency, refine demand forecasting, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, you will influence critical business decisions by delivering scalable reports, driving process advancements, and applying automation and AI innovations. This role suits professionals passionate about data-driven problem solving and operational excellence in revenue, supply chain, and product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve global revenue operations metrics, ensuring precise reporting and strategic perspectives for executives.
- Build complex Excel forecasting models to manage inventory, address surplus stock, and support product lifecycle decisions.
- Interpret extensive data sets to uncover trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities impacting revenue and inventory status.
- Create robust reporting systems, dashboards, and KPIs to empower data-informed decision-making organization-wide.
- Work in partnership with Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, and Route-to-Market teams to enhance demand forecasts and product transition protocols.
- Lead process enhancements through automation, sophisticated analytics, and AI-based techniques.
- Communicate findings and suggestions that facilitate strategic planning and operational efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or a comparable quantitative field, or relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated background in analytical roles related to Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Inventory Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and Power Query or equivalent automation tools.
- Capability to analyze and distill complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience managing business metrics from data gathering through to executive reporting.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently, handle multiple tasks, and excel amid ambiguous conditions.
- Familiarity with BI platforms like SAP, Power BI, or SAP BusinessObjects is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting, revenue planning, and AI-driven analytics tools is advantageous.
- Project management credentials such as PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
