- Work alongside business leaders and strategy teams to prepare Board of Directors materials, including reviews of financial performance, KPIs, strategic updates, and compliance tasks.
- Manage quarterly earnings processes by preparing remarks, analyzing internal and peer benchmarks, and developing detailed Q&A guides for senior leaders to navigate analyst and investor interactions.
- Develop complex financial models and analyses that support strategic projects, potential transactions, due diligence, and informed decision making.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience combining FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, or management consulting roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing analyst teams, cultivating high performance and achieving impactful results.
- Strong grasp of corporate finance principles and accounting standards.
- Expertise in constructing financial models and creating ad hoc analyses to transform complex challenges into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with a history of engaging cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior executives and business leaders.
- Adeptness at prioritizing in a fast-paced and complex work setting.
- Experience using financial planning and modeling tools; familiarity with Hyperion and SAP is advantageous.
