This AI-driven approach outperforms traditional teams in quality and speeds delivery by two to three times while maintaining enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder engagements to clarify and define technical and business requirements for digital initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and document comprehensive requirements—business, functional, and non-functional—working closely with users, product owners, SMEs, designers, and technical teams.
• Conduct business process re-engineering by mapping current and future workflows, identifying enhancement opportunities, and translating needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, product backlogs, and functional specs.
• Oversee requirements delivery throughout project phases including planning, estimation, prioritization, risk mitigation, and progress reporting to drive successful results.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to prioritize features and backlog items based on value and objectives.
• Work alongside Developers, QA, DevOps, and Designers across the software development lifecycle to ensure proper execution.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline analysis workflows, including requirements gathering, backlog management, process documentation, and automation.
• Validate AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
• Create visual aids such as process maps, workflows, mock-ups, and prototypes to align stakeholders and support solution design.
• Engage actively in collaborative practices such as mob programming to foster effective solution development.
• Develop and sustain strong client and stakeholder relations via proactive communication and expectation management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum six years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, successfully delivering software or digital product projects.
• Extensive expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, re-engineering, and workflow design.
• Synthetic thinker who connects business, technical, and organizational aspects to drive meaningful impact.
• Proficient in authoring user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs within Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage requirements delivery, timelines, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and handling complex organizational dynamics.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, or equivalent for business analysis and process mapping.
• Practical experience utilizing AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to enhance BA activities.
• Experience working in Agile SDLC environments.

Desirable Experience

• Background in technology consulting or related consulting services.
• Use of analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
• Mentorship or leadership within BA teams.
• Supporting or managing Product Owners or product teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and modern software architectures.
