Position Overview
Join us in elevating our clients' business and accelerating their digital transformation. Everything you require for this role will be taught through our comprehensive training program.
Your Mission
Starting October 1, 2026, you will become an expert in Business Analysis within just six weeks via our entry-level program. Guided by experienced trainers, you will delve into requirements management and business process analysis. Additionally, you will enhance your domain expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively identify and address the needs and challenges of prominent companies. Opportunities span a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Technology, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Public Administration, and more.

Initial interviews will likely begin no earlier than July 2026.
What to Expect
- Engage in practical training within small groups to learn how to analyze business processes, derive requirements, and translate them into functional and IT concepts essential for future projects.
- Expand your knowledge of agile methodologies including Design Thinking, classical and agile work models, complemented by official certifications as Scrum Master (PSM I) and Certified Agile Requirements Specialist (CARS).
- Launch your career with us: after successfully completing the training and passing the final exam, you'll receive a permanent employment contract, exciting projects, and access to Accenture's global network. The training program is part of your probationary period.
Candidate Profile
- You have completed your studies with a focus on IT or business with strong academic performance.
- Ideally, you have some prior experience in requirements analysis.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills paired with quick comprehension define you.
- You are eager for direct interaction with clients and are prepared for occasional business travel.
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
