Job description
Overview
This role is for a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting the MFC Central and Functional Finance Administrative Support team at our Orlando facility. You'll be the key administrative contact for the Director of MFC Central and Functional Finance and other executive leaders, providing high-level support to enhance operational efficiency and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and manage incoming calls and visitors while coordinating calendars for multiple directors.
- Arrange business travel, prepare travel requests, and secure appropriate approvals.
- Handle visitor requests, generate and distribute various business documents.
- Coordinate and organize regular business meetings as well as large staff events.
- Support and contribute to the effectiveness of the F&BO leadership team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other standard company software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments with accuracy.
- Capable of working independently with initiative and self-motivation.
- Trusted to maintain confidential and private information for Vice President and Director-level executives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin office tools, including Concur for travel planning.
- Exhibit strong attendance, dependable work habits, and a courteous, respectful attitude toward colleagues.
