Role Summary

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, analyzing financial data, and supporting various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze account information to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries.
• Conduct analysis of financial data and prepare the company’s balance sheet.
• Manage payment gateway reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for compliance and audits.
• Process reimbursement of travel claims and prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and statements.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all commercial documentation.
• Handle IT and GST filing along with IT and GST auditing tasks.
• Manage party accounts, bank and cash transactions, including bank and party account reconciliations.
• Verify and vouch bills related to projects, purchases, and sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in spoken Hindi is an added advantage.
