Role overview
This opportunity is for a seasoned Accounting and Finance recruiter to step into a fully built desk in the Financial Services space. From the first day, the desk comes with around $1 million in active roles, giving you immediate revenue potential without needing to spend time on new business development at the outset.
You will be working across major Financial Services and Alternative Investment organizations throughout the United States. The role also offers direct exposure to a founder who bills more than $2 million annually in Accounting and Finance across alternative investment and trading environments, creating a strong learning and growth environment.
Compensation and platform
- Base pay can go up to $200,000.
- Commission is available at up to 55%.
- Approximately $500,000 in live roles is inherited on day one.
- Average billing per head in 2025 is $830,000.
- The top biller has reached $4 million.
- Hybrid working is offered, with one day per week in the office.
- The business has strong existing client relationships and a well-developed book of work.
- Equity, profit share, and team overrides may be available for someone who moves into leadership.
- The team already includes multiple seven-figure billers.
Key responsibilities
- Own an established Accounting and Finance desk focused on Financial Services and Alternative Investments.
- Handle retained and contingent searches from the outset and deliver against high-value mandates.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Work toward stepping into a leadership role and potentially building out a team.
