Job description
Job Overview
This role focuses on managing and updating the receivables transactions related to the Industrial cluster Monetization in the system, along with preparing account reconciliations. It also emphasizes consistent accounting presentations and implementing proper controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and confirm the status of current security deposits or bank guarantees.
- Supply thorough data and documentation for these assets.
- Regularly update asset information on a weekly basis to facilitate prompt statement closure.
- Carry out necessary adjustments and issue credit notes after deal closure to maintain accurate balances in the Kezad system.
- Prepare and dispatch invoices to investors while maintaining their Statements of Account and related files.
- Engage with Industrial cluster customers to address financial disputes or obligations.
- Assess and process Industrial cluster credit notes in line with Credit Policy.
- Generate reconciliations between AR Sub module balances and GL accounts in Oracle monthly and annually.
- Review Industrial cluster SMA Agreements, including terms, clauses, and conditions, and compile financial impact analysis reports.
- Respond to requests from other departments and investors within two business days.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Education and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are advantageous.
- Minimum of four years’ experience within Accounting, Finance, or documentation roles in transportation or related sectors.
Language Requirements
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential; familiarity with Arabic is considered an asset.
