Overview
We seek an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in multinational recruitment, particularly in sourcing senior executives such as C-suite and upper management roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple global locations. Multilingual abilities are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and administer talent management frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain a uniform and structured approach throughout the organization.
- Provide expert consultation and support to various divisions and functions, ensuring effective implementation of talent programs while accommodating regional and business-specific needs.
- Design and oversee a comprehensive career development framework that supports employee advancement at all levels and functions aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead the implementation of a succession planning system to identify critical roles, key employees, and potential successors to safeguard business continuity and foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with department leaders and HR teams to facilitate succession planning discussions and maintain a forward-looking talent readiness strategy.
- Track and manage leadership development pipelines to identify, appraise, and cultivate future organizational leaders.
- Develop frameworks for identifying high-potential talent using data-driven and structured processes and work with divisions to implement bespoke development programs preparing these individuals for leadership roles.
- Engage closely with leadership and HR partners across clusters to ascertain talent gaps, succession requirements, and growth trajectories for high-potential staff.
- Advise senior management on best practices and frameworks surrounding talent management to ensure effective retention and development of top performers.
- Generate regular reports evaluating talent initiatives, the progress of succession plans, and the impact of high-potential programs.
