Role overview
Indra Group develops advanced technology solutions that support national and international security, while maintaining strong and compliant financial controls across its global operations. The company is hiring a Senior Accountant to join its Finance team in Saudi Arabia.
This position is suited to an accounting professional with substantial finance experience who can oversee routine accounting activities, ensure adherence to Saudi tax rules, and assist with reporting and audit-related work.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as maintaining the general ledger, performing reconciliations, posting journal entries, recording accruals, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Compile financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and support both month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting when needed.
- Take ownership of external audit coordination, including the preparation of audit schedules and related supporting files.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, and calculate, file, and pay Withholding Tax in line with Saudi tax requirements.
- Oversee e-invoicing workflows and ensure electronic invoices are generated and reported correctly under ZATCA rules.
- Manage payroll processing, including salary computations, deductions, WPS compliance, and timely employee payments.

- Demonstrated experience handling external audits and preparing the required documentation.
