- Review partnership invoicing schedules regularly and set up revenue recognition entries in NetSuite.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile HST/GST, Ontario EHT, and Ontario WSIB filings, including annual submissions.
- Review balance sheet accounts in detail and post adjustments where needed.
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities to ensure deadlines are met accurately.
- Assist with AP and AR activities, including employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and contractor payouts across countries and currencies.
- Complete annual payroll reconciliations to support accurate T4 reporting.
- Prepare and file T4A returns for all Canadian entities.

- Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting, compliance, and collaboration
- Prepare clear monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Contribute to public-company and board reporting requirements.
- Review and reconcile foreign exchange impacts.
- Ensure adherence to international accounting standards, tax rules, and internal policies.
- Work with external providers, auditors, and government bodies as needed.
- Guide the AP and AR cycles and support audit documentation for external auditors.
Additional information
This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving, collaborative, international environment. The position offers flexibility during core business hours and may include a hybrid arrangement with both remote and in-office work. Extra hours may be necessary during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close periods.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; a CPA or similar designation is preferred.
