Role overview
A well-established audit and accounting practice in Dublin is looking to bring on an experienced Audit Senior. Responsibilities
- Handle audit work across a broad mix of industries and market sectors.
- Support audit planning, including allocating staff and managing deadlines.
- Take part in client meetings at both the planning stage and completion stage of audits.
- Prepare financial statements and deliver well-structured, high-quality working papers.
- Complete audit files and ensure assignments are finished through to final sign-off.
- Help train and support trainees as needed.
Requirements
- Part-qualified or recently qualified accountant, ideally ACA or ACCA.
- Solid background in audit work.
- Strong technical accounting ability.
- Good experience in preparing accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and a clear drive to build a long-term career in practice.
Salary and benefits
The salary range for this role is €65,000 to €75,000 depending on experience. The package also includes pension contributions, progression opportunities, payment of membership fees, ongoing training, an annual bonus, hybrid working, tax saver travel, and access to a social club. The office is close to the Dart station, with a free shuttle bus running from the park to the Dart stations.
