About The Role

Precor is seeking an energetic and strategic Senior Account Manager to support our business expansion in the Middle East, particularly focusing on KSA and UAE markets. This role is critical for establishing and nurturing partnerships and key accounts, aimed at driving revenue growth and long-term business sustainability. The candidate will design and implement customized sales strategies, oversee cross-border management of important accounts, and facilitate communication related to contract terms with involved parties.

Though contracted directly by Precor, the individual will work in close cooperation with partners, key accounts, and internal teams across various departments, ensuring a seamless and outstanding client experience. Key personal qualities include strong sales capability, effective project management, persuasive communication, commitment to customer satisfaction, persistent follow-up, and maintaining professional integrity.

Candidates must be residents of either the UAE or Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and must be prepared for travel commitments exceeding 50%. Note that Precor does not provide visa sponsorship or transfers; applicants should already have valid work authorization for the country.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with official partners to ensure projects and deliverables support company objectives and help achieve business targets.
  • Build and sustain relationships with primary decision-makers and key account communities.
  • Evaluate performance and manage client expectations to ensure positive results.
  • Represent Precor at trade exhibitions and develop professional client relations.
  • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Formulate comprehensive joint customer profiles with partners and strategize to stimulate mutual business growth aligned with shared goals.
  • Collaborate with senior business management to forecast sales and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Present strategic plans aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market research to innovate and penetrate new market sectors.
  • Assist in the setting of performance targets and implementation of business plans.
  • Communicate corporate goals and programs effectively to customers.
  • Manage quotations, contracts, and swiftly resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide sales reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Oversee customer meetings and manage the entire client journey.
  • Coordinate with the design team on facility refurbishment projects.
  • Estimate delivery timelines accurately and maintain sales data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and freight planning under senior business management guidance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales or account management, with at least four years focused on the KSA market, Middle East, or fitness sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experienced in handling multiple accounts/projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric approach with ability to resolve client needs diplomatically.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong key account relationships.
  • Familiarity with commercial fitness industry trends and equipment.
  • Competent in strategy development, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Able to adapt and respond efficiently in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in leadership, management, and sales methodologies.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
