The position is based in County Dublin, Ireland and follows a hybrid work setup. That means work will be split between home and a LinkedIn office on selected days, depending on team and business needs.
Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will guide prospective customers in the UKI market through the value of Sales Navigator and related core solutions. You will act as a trusted partner, share market insights, and look for ways to help customers grow and succeed.
What You Will Do
- Encourage customers, the company, and yourself to adopt a new approach to creating value through connections.
- Use your expertise along with customer experience to keep improving the sales process and solution offering.
- Own and manage a book of business, including territory planning, strategy creation, execution, and forecasting.
- Consistently hit or exceed the revenue and business targets defined in your plan.
- Generate revenue by engaging customers and creating opportunities that benefit all parties involved.
- Help shape best practices for the team and apply them in a way that supports long-term growth.
- Capture market feedback and communicate customer insights to Product and Marketing teams.
Requirements
Candidates should bring at least 4 years of experience in sales and be fluent in English.
Preferred background includes selling SaaS, CRM, or software platform solutions, working against quota, closing high-value deals, assessing business opportunities, forecasting accurately, making data-led decisions, and building trust with senior sales stakeholders.
Success in this role also depends on the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders within one company and work with internal partners to champion the solution effectively.
