Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated seminar trainers (m/f/d) to join on a permanent basis who are eager to accompany and motivate young people on their journey toward career choices. This role involves facilitating our Mutmacher seminars live on-site at partner schools in Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, and Rhineland-Palatinate at least six times per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead motivational seminars with students in grades 9 to 12, across various secondary schools including gymnasiums, secondary modern, and comprehensive schools.
• Travel at least six times monthly to schools within Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, and Rhineland-Palatinate regions to conduct live sessions.
• Inspire students aged 14-17 to discover their strengths, talents, interests, and align them with fitting career paths.
• Engage with groups ranging from 60 to 120 students per seminar.
• Maintain communication with teaching staff, school leaders, and partners to ensure seminar effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to help enhance the student-centered approach of our seminars.
• Dedicate 40% of remaining working hours to B2B sales activities alongside training duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Reside within a 70km radius of Karlsruhe, Mannheim, or Landau.
• Commit to traveling multiple times per month, including overnight stays in hotels.
• Hold a completed degree or vocational qualification, ideally in business administration, business psychology, or a related discipline.
• Possess at least two years of professional experience.
• Have prior experience working with adolescents.
• Be comfortable speaking publicly and leading large groups.
• Hold a valid class B driver's license and practical driving experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Stage or moderation experience.
• Background in sales or customer service.
• Personal experience with overcoming challenging career paths, offering genuine insights.
• Competencies in career guidance or counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary ranging from €2,700 to €3,000 gross monthly plus additional benefits valued at €200 per month.
