Job description

Role overview

Amazon Worldwide Operations is the backbone of fulfillment and customer service, designed to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for customers at scale. The team is seeking adaptable, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals in India Operations who can contribute to high-impact, revenue-related work and process improvement using Lean methods.

In this role, you will support SellerFlex operations by overseeing multiple seller flex locations from both an operational and compliance standpoint. You will collaborate with a mix of internal and external stakeholders to ensure launches happen on time and operational goals are met. The position calls for strong ownership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to spot patterns, identify interruptions, and understand the downstream effects of data.

Key responsibilities

The work also requires you to analyze data carefully, notice anomalies or disruptions, and take a deep-dive approach when reviewing details and business impacts.

Day-to-day work

On a typical day, you will track site performance, support launch readiness, and work with multiple partners to keep operations on target. You will need to balance execution, compliance checks, and issue detection while maintaining a strong sense of accountability.

Travel requirement

This position involves visiting seller premises, and the candidate must be willing to travel out of station as needed.

Basic qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required. You should be able to speak, read, and write English fluently, and have experience using Microsoft Office applications and products.

Preferred experience

Prior experience in an operations-focused role is preferred.
