Security Officer (Female-CCTV Officer)

Job Overview

Minor Hotels is seeking a female Security Officer with CCTV monitoring experience for its Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort By Anantara property in Abu Dhabi. Minor Hotels manages a vast portfolio of over 530 properties across more than 50 countries, catering to diverse traveler needs through brands like Anantara, Avani, and NH Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to and implement all operational security protocols within the hotel premises.
• Oversee and manage the security aspects of all contractors, suppliers, and vendors operating on the property.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor with all guests, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
• Regularly update hotel and security senior management on all security-related matters.
• Prevent unauthorized access and protect all guest and staff areas from intruders.
• Handle incidents and emergencies with sensitivity and professionalism, especially in cases of alleged theft, ensuring all involved parties are treated appropriately.
• Conduct thorough investigations and follow-up actions for security-related incidents as directed by the Security Manager.
• Perform formal searches of employees, locker rooms, and work areas under the guidance of hotel management, with a Human Resources Executive present as a witness, upholding the presumption of innocence.
• Participate in all scheduled training sessions for security personnel.
• Attend daily briefings, stay informed, and ensure necessary equipment is available for assigned duties.
