Role Overview

The Security Assurance Specialist (open to Saudi nationals only) will enhance information security for HungerStation’s users, partners, and staff. The role involves overseeing information security governance, risk management, compliance, and security awareness in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain programs to build a robust information security culture within the organization.
• Create and execute comprehensive security awareness and training initiatives tailored to different employee roles.
• Regularly update security policies and procedures to address emerging threats and maintain alignment with best practices.
• Establish and manage a centralized knowledge base to facilitate audit processes and knowledge sharing.
• Implement and uphold information security risk assessment frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk evaluations of company information assets to assess the overall security posture.
• Maintain current risk profiles and monitor the execution of mitigation plans with timely escalation protocols.
• Monitor adherence to Delivery Hero and HungerStation security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Manage ongoing compliance activities, including certifications and recertifications related to applicable standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and assist with both internal and external audits to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Conduct work in accordance with established policies for consistency and control.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements to enhance security operations.
• Foster a culture of high performance while aligning with HungerStation’s values and commitment to security and resilience excellence.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in roles related to information security, governance, risk, or compliance.
• Extensive practical knowledge of information security risk assessments and management frameworks.
• Strong technical expertise in security controls and their application.
• Proven track record in managing and performing internal and external security audits.
• Experience designing and delivering organization-wide information security training and awareness programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Mandatory possession of at least two certifications from the following: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer (LI) or Lead Auditor (LA), or equivalent credentials.
