Role overview
OneSchool Global’s Gisborne campus is looking for an experienced Commerce Teacher to join a high-performing team, with a mid Term 3 start. This is a full-time, on-site teaching role in a supportive and collaborative environment that places a strong emphasis on innovation, professional growth, and student achievement.
What you will teach
You will deliver a mix of NCEA-level Commerce and, depending on capability and need, Accounting, Business Studies, and/or Economics. Prior teaching experience with the NCEA curriculum is essential, as this school works within the NCEA framework. The ability to also teach Junior Commerce would be an advantage.
Campus environment

Qualifications and experience
- Active registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.
- Proven experience teaching commerce-related subjects at the secondary level.

- Strong written and verbal communication, along with solid interpersonal ability.
- Well-developed digital capability and the flexibility to teach through multiple delivery methods.
