Seasonal Hostess for Luxury Resort Event

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-groomed Hostess who excels in creating exceptional guest experiences through warmth and professionalism within upscale dining venues. This role is the initial point of contact for guests, tasked with providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a premium dining experience from entrance to exit during a temporary 45-day event from July 15 to August 30, 2026, at a resort in Saudi Arabia. The company will provide flights, lodging, and meals for the duration.

Guest Experience Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Efficiently manage bookings, walk-in patrons, and waitlists.
• Escort guests to seating areas while introducing the dining experience.
• Offer clear, accurate details about the venue, menus, offers, and upcoming events.
• Promptly and courteously handle inquiries and special seating requests.
• Ensure each guest receives a positive, memorable first and last impression of the establishment.

Service Excellence

• Observe the dining area to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to maximize table turnover and availability.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns professionally.
• Exemplify a warm yet polished demeanor suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance, representing the brand's high standards at all times.

Team Collaboration and Operations

• Collaborate closely with management and service staff to ensure operations run seamlessly.
• Assist with the opening and closing of hostess responsibilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
• Provide support during busy periods while retaining composure and a welcoming aura.
• Adhere to company policies, health, safety, and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a hostess or lead waitress within hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs.
• Familiarity with providing services to VIP guests.
• Understanding of service flow in hospitality.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-energy service environments.
