Role overview

SIHAMCO operates The Groves, a premium destination in Riyadh that brings together fine dining, lifestyle, retail, culture, and immersive entertainment. The company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across several business units, especially in hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, and seasonal workforce programs.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, this position supports high-volume hiring, international recruitment, manpower planning, visa-related coordination, and workforce deployment. The right person will be structured, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with luxury hospitality recruitment exposure.

End-to-end recruitment

  • Handle the full hiring journey from workforce request to joining formalities.
  • Identify, review, interview, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal roles.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and clients to arrange interviews.
  • Draft offer suggestions and prepare employment papers.
  • Carry out reference and background verification when needed.
  • Help ensure candidates have a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.

Hospitality and F&B hiring

Prior recruitment exposure in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, premium venues, entertainment attractions, and lifestyle concepts is strongly preferred.

High-volume and seasonal hiring

  • Support large recruitment drives for hospitality launches, events, festivals, and seasonal operations.
  • Organize mass hiring days, assessments, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Build and keep talent pipelines ready for repeat seasonal demand.
  • Track recruitment schedules to meet mobilization deadlines for projects.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified hospitality professionals for immediate and future needs.

Overseas recruitment

  • Screen and interview candidates from outside the country.
  • Make sure overseas recruitment follows Saudi labour rules and company policies.
  • Support document checks and candidate preparedness before deployment.
  • Coordinate mobilization timing with recruitment partners.

Talent sourcing

Use a mix of sourcing methods such as professional networks, social channels, employee referrals, agencies, career fairs, universities, and hospitality institutes to attract suitable candidates.

Recruitment administration

  • Keep candidate and hiring records accurate in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure recruitment paperwork is complete and compliant.
  • Prepare offer letters and recruitment reports.
  • Maintain hiring dashboards and key metrics.
  • Protect candidate confidentiality at all times.

Employer branding

  • Represent SIHAMCO as an attractive employer in the market.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Attend recruitment events and hospitality career fairs.
  • Develop lasting relationships with hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a closely related field is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is needed.
  • Direct recruitment experience in hospitality and food and beverage is mandatory.
  • Experience hiring for luxury hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, lifestyle destinations, or hospitality staffing firms is preferred.
  • Exposure to overseas recruitment is highly desirable.
