The Maritime Hotel in Bantry, County Cork is excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to join our Restaurant & Bar team as Seasonal Food & Beverage Assistants. Role Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome, seat, and assist guests ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
• Accurately take orders and serve food and beverages, including cocktails.
• Assist in setting up, clearing, and maintaining tables throughout service.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and correct order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stocking of restaurant and bar areas.
• Provide local insights and personal recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure consistently high service standards during all shifts, which include split shifts typical of busy seasonal hotel periods.

Candidate Requirements
