Scrum Master

About the Position

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a Haystack partner's team, focused on enhancing project delivery and Agile practices. This role involves coaching teams to reach optimal performance and ensuring the adoption of Agile methodologies to meet project objectives, especially for Navy clients seeking to modernize systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide teams to achieve their highest productivity and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Promote and enforce Agile best practices among all team members and stakeholders.
• Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to streamline and improve project workflows.
• Drive efforts to meet sprint objectives and ensure projects fulfill critical outcomes.
• Support modernization initiatives for Navy clients by optimizing their systems and processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in software development, digital strategy, analytics, or product management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Strong familiarity with Atlassian suite tools and Agile performance metrics.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranges from $86,900 to $198,000 annually.
